Hello…. I’m Johnny Ca….er.. Robert Benson
Long ago, before blogs were everywhere, three photographers and I created a website called americanphotojournalist.com. It was a sort of mega blog, with postings, news, forums and other things photography related. I’m not really involved in the site anymore, but it still exists. I had fun though, at the time (1999), creating and writing about photography. By creating this blog, I can continue some of that story telling on a smaller scale. So here it is!
The goal will be to let colleagues and friends know about what I’m doing (a), and b) to share info on how my images are made – the lighting diagrams, logistics and background information on shoots. But enough about me!
